Stand Out Tattoos is proud to be the very first licensed tattoo studio within the City of Winter Park. For years, the city ordinance prohibited tattoo studios inside city limits — but after two months of dedication and collaboration with local officials, owner Topher Stralkus successfully earned approval to open a space unlike anything the city has seen before.

With years of experience working in both traditional street shops and a private studio he operated for three years, Topher envisioned a studio that combined the best of both worlds: the energy and visibility of a street shop with the comfort and privacy of a salon suite. While salon suites offer a more personal environment, they often limit clients’ ability to discover artists. On the other hand, many clients feel uncomfortable being tattooed in a large, open room with an audience.
